- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointing experience!! I DO NOT appreciate someone being so rude like the way Ellen made my mom feel. Like she should never have gone into this office to be checked out. She automatically assumed my mom was a pill popper. She said, “we cannot prescribe any narcotics, I am just letting you know that upfront.” Maybe this is protocol for this facility but, regardless she did not have to be so rude. My mom was very hurt by her making such a bad judgement. Just when I thought the visit could not get any worse of Ellen being so rude, it did. She did not seem to be knowledgeable and was unfamiliar with certain things (still being rude.) She was very short throughout the entire process. I do not plan to stop at the review.
